Automotive Remote Workstations

Due to the ever-increasing complexity of software in vehicles, all DevOps topics are becoming significantly more important. Continuous and automated tests therefore play a central role in our development projects. We have been continuously developing our in-house remote system for this purpose, as well as for better integration of the nearshore locations, since 2013. We focus on a cost-efficient setup, with the majority of the test equipment being customised to the use case and developed in-house.

Based on the principle of desk sharing, data and hardware at the headquarters in Wöllstadt (DE) can be accessed and shared by employees anywhere in the world. This also includes remote testing on real hardware. Our remote system currently provides 96 standardised remote workstations for this purpose.
