Prototypes

We built small-batch functional prototypes manually in a very short turnaround time. For series up to 1.000 units, we use small production lines. On customer request, we put prototypes in operation, perform calibrations and test individual assemblies for functionality.

Testing equipment

We design and build testing equipment for development and production of ECUs. Often, this equipment is built to specific customer requirements.

Test boxes

Test boxes generate analogue or digital signals, creating a realistic environment for testing the response behavior of electronic devices. They can be used in soft- and hardware development, during repair or initiation and in testing batch-produced circuit boards.

Test and repair stands

We design repair stands for troubleshooting electronic assemblies that have been identified as faulty. For intra-operational tests, the boards are inserted into a repair dock and all connectors are supplied with the relevant signals. This is often combined with the use of a test box. The circuit boards can be connected quickly and easily without straining the connectors.

Diagnostic stands

We produce diagnostic stands for faulty automotive ECUs that have been removed in repair shops. That way, it can be determined whether the ECU is really malfunctioning or has been removed in error. Additionally, deviations from specified requirements can be measured. On customer demand, our diagnostic stands are equipped with the diagnostic and testing software LabVIEW or TestStand from National Instruments.

Electronic assembly rework

We manually rework faulty or incorrectly populated assemblies, replace or repair components, or refurbish assemblies to new requirements. We handle batches of up to 5,000 units.

In an Electrostatic Protective Area (EPA), we repair and test devices before series production. We exclusively use certified material and measuring equipment.
